The Pitch is an allocation competition open to 5 hedge funds. The participating managers will pitch their fund before our Forum audience on the second night following the Champagne Reception. After their presentation, the manager will face our panel of 4 institutional investors and answer questions on their strategy and operations. The investors will then let the fund know whether they want to invest, move on to final due diligence or pass.

During the fund presentations, the Forum audience will be voting for their favorite manager using our mobile app. The manager that wins the audience selection will receive a cash prize that will be donated to the charity of their choice.

• Pre-event exposure: Your fund will be featured on Fintroz to all global investors in the Heard in the Boardroom newsletter as well as announced via the Alpha Ten leading up to the Forum
• Differentiate yourself from other Forum managers: You will be one of the only managers who get to pitch all investors.
• Complimentary pitch coaching session: You will get a 20 minute private pitch coaching session from Jim Rosebush, former senior advisor to President Reagan and Chief of Staff to First Lady Nancy Reagan. Jim has spent 30 years in the family wealth business, including advising the royal families of Europe, the Middle East, and the U.S.
• Win an allocation: You have a chance to win an allocation or move to final due diligence with an institutional investor.
• Support a great cause:Net proceeds from The Pitch will be donated to Portfolios with Purpose. The audience pick will win a cash prize that can be donated to the charity of thier choice.

Each Pitch competitor will donate $1500 to one of the five charities chosen by the Global Fund Forum. Fintroz will donate an additional $500 to each charity bringing the total up to $2000 for each charity. Four of the five charities are based in Bermuda. The fifth charity is one that the founders of Fintroz support.

Further support for the above charities will come from our stock selection competition that we are running in the lead up to the event. The Bermuda Challenge, hosted by our charity partner Portfolios with Purpose, will showcase participants stocking picking chops while supporting great causes.
